What is 'points per £ spent'?
On the Growth plan, when a customer makes a purchase, you enter their spend amount (e.g. £18.50). CredBranch automatically calculates and awards points based on your configured rate (e.g. 2 points per £1).
Are loyalty points store-specific?
Yes. Points earned at your business can only be redeemed at your business. This keeps the loyalty program meaningful and tied to your store.
How do customers access their loyalty account?
Customers create a free account at credbranch.com/join and get a personal QR code. They show this QR code at your counter to earn and redeem points.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
